So in the first article we I showed you some basic exercise to increase core strength. Today I'm going to talk about the flex belt and how I use it as part of my training routine. I did think long and hard about if I should include this article, but in order to appear transparent I think it is good for people to know my routines even the little cheats. What Is the Flex Belt The Flex Belt is an EMS (Electro Muscle stimulator) what this means is it is a device that you wear around the abdomen and it sends electronic signals to the muscle which causes them to contract. These contractions mimic the contraction you feel when doing an abdominal crunch. Whilst I was a little skeptical at first to try the flex belt but after reading several positive reviews including the one at training hardcore I decided to give it a go. Now I'm not saying you have to include this in your routine as the cost is a little high for those just starting out exercising. It is something I have been using and found beneficial. How Do I Use The Flex Belt I mainly use the flex belt on days that I just can't get to the gym. I also use one day over the weekend as I try not to visit the gym on the weekend. A simple 10 minute session is all I need to get my abs feeling rock hard. They are a lot of articles out there that talk about is the flex belt scam and if it really works. All I can say is that I have certainly felt the benefits and use it weekly as part of my routine. Set Up You should find it simple to setup ans use. On my first use I was up and running within 5 Minutes. The video below should help you if you have any problems. |
As promised I will be getting in to some more advaned traing routines in my next articles, so make sure you come back and check those out and also make sure to share and like the page. Until next time keep fit and healthy.
